After a hiatus of more or less a year, I’m finally back painting! I can’t tell you how good it feels. Pregnancy about took me out, but I’m so in love with my little boy and grateful for the friends that walked with me through the darkness. And let me tell you, it was dark.
This floral is light and airy. It’s my first time experimenting with pigment sticks, and you’ll be seeing a lot more of those. The brightness of this piece is what inspired me to name it after a friend who was some light for me in the darkness of the past year. Thank you, Madison!🤍
